Adam joined Kelly Flavell in 2021 after working with a reputable suburban law firm for a number of years. He has gained extensive experience in property, business transactions and commercial leasing. He also advises on wills and EPOAs, family trusts, and S21 agreements.
Before immigrating to New Zealand, Adam was a qualified lawyer practising in Shanghai. He practised in various areas such as Merger & Acquisition, Foreign Direct Investment and Initial Public Offerings in local equity exchange boards. He was also an attorney of a top rated American law firm helping US Ministry of Justice and Stock Exchange Committee complete the investigation into an alleged violation of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
