Barrister & Solicitor
Call 09 535 2150
Happily describing himself as a general legal practitioner, Kelly brings more than 50 years of experience as a lawyer towards clients day-to-day legal issues.
Self employed since 1975, Kelly has had offices in Papatoetoe, Remuera and Auckland City and during the last 30 years he has been very cheerfully engaged in looking after the many and varied people living in the Eastern Suburbs.
Kelly’s focus is on helping people to help themselves by the provision of practical, down-to-earth legal advice.
Kelly also believes in fair and open pricing, particularly in the property market.
Bringing together the skill and wisdom acquired as a lawyer, Kelly used his communication skills as a broadcaster, providing legal advice on Radio Pacific and NewsTalkZB.
Kelly’s community involvement has seen him taking on a number of responsibilities, firstly as a Papatoetoe City Councillor and as Works Committee Chairman of that Council, and variously as Vice President of the Auckland Swimming Association and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Buckland’s Beach Primary School.
The combination of lawyer, broadcaster and community leader provides Kelly’s clients with a unique blend of communication skills.
