We were working with Cassandra Bish and she's been absolutely exceptional - highly professional, very deep knowledge of her area and light speed responses to the many emails in the process. She was very humane and patient with all our silly questions, did not miss any single detail (unlike all other parties) and saved us from quite a bit of trouble and extra expenses, helping us settle the house precisely on time and making sure we're not disadvantaged in any way. All this was topped with a very reasonable invoice, given how much support she provided.
